Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your SaySpark account and the data tied to it at any time. Here's exactly what happens and how to do it.

Delete it yourself (instant)

  1. Sign in at sayspark.ca/account.
  2. Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom.
  3. Click Delete next to “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and you're signed out.

Prefer to ask us?

Email privacy@sayspark.ca from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner). Parents, teachers, and schools can also request deletion of a child's data this way.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in (email + password).
  • Every robot you registered, and its connection tokens — so the robots can no longer reach the cloud under your account.
  • Profile details, classroom/student names, and saved settings tied to your account.

Voice requests are processed to answer a child in the moment and are not retained as part of your account. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
